When you use DonoParty we may collect:

• Account information — your phone number and name when you register as a Host.
• Event information — event details, guest names, phone numbers, and email addresses you add.
• Donation data — amounts donated, payment status, and messages guests choose to share.
• Usage data — pages visited, device type, and browser, collected automatically.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your events and guest invitations.
• Process donations via Razorpay.
• Send WhatsApp invite messages to your guests on your behalf.
• Issue and facilitate 80G tax receipts from NGOs to donors.
• Improve the platform and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

When you add guests to an event, you are responsible for having their permission to share their name and phone number with DonoParty for the purpose of sending event invitations. We store guest data only for the duration needed to manage the event.

DonoParty uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• WhatsApp Business API — invitation messaging.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. Firebase complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. Data may be stored on servers outside India, including in the United States.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will fulfil deletion requests within 30 days, except where data must be retained for legal or financial compliance reasons.

DonoParty uses minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy. We will notify registered users of material changes via the app or by SMS.
