DonoParty is a platform that enables individuals ("Hosts") to create fundraising events where guests ("Donors") can make voluntary donations to verified non-profit organisations ("NGOs"). By using DonoParty you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an event or make a donation on DonoParty.

By registering you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable once payment is confirmed. DonoParty facilitates the transfer of funds to your chosen NGO and does not charge any platform fees on donations.

The split between NGO donation and gift pool is as configured by the event Host. DonoParty does not guarantee any specific outcome for the gift pool.

80G tax receipts are issued directly by the recipient NGO. DonoParty is not responsible for delays in receipt issuance.

DonoParty lists only NGOs that are registered under Indian law, FCRA-compliant where applicable, and hold valid 80G certification. However, DonoParty is not liable for the actions or financial management of any NGO listed on the platform.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. DonoParty does not store your card or payment details.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event information, guest lists, and chosen NGOs. DonoParty may remove events that violate these terms or applicable law.

You may not use DonoParty to raise funds for illegal activities, spread misinformation, or impersonate another person or organisation.

DonoParty is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, DonoParty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DonoParty after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
